PENTA Medica Clinic's 1st Decade: 'Service Excellence' is our Priority
On Saturday, February 21st 2015, PENTA Medica Clinic celebrated its 10th anniversary. The celebration which was held at Jala Emas Restaurant Denpasar was attended by PENTA Medica Clinic’s top clients and colleagues, such as Bali Royal Hospital, Kasih Ibu Hospital Denpasar, Balimed Hospital, Siloam Hospitals Bali, BPJS Kesehatan Denpasar, Head of IDI Bali, local insurances, and many more.
The event which theme was black and white vintage party, was enlivened by PENTA Medica Clinic staff as the performers. There were modern and traditional dancers, as well as live band performance.

Weeks before the main celebration was held, the management team and staff of PENTA Medica Clinic Denpasar was holding a Health Safari at Br. Buagan, which activity includes Blood Donation, Dental Check Up and Health Education. The participants were mainly from the residents of Br. Buagan. Meanwhile, the staff from PENTA Medica Clinic Candidasa was holding a Fun Walk at Ulakan Field, Manggis Village, Karangasem, which was participated by the local residents.

The other fun activities done to celebrate the first decade of PENTA Medica Clinic was hiking to Agung Mountain, the highest mountain in Bali, as well as a Holy Trip to Dalem Ped Temple in Nusa Penida Island.

PENTA Medica Clinic’s Development
On its 10th anniversary, PENTA Medica Clinic has shown its significant growth in becoming a professional 24 hours medical assistance and clinic in Bali. Some of its significant progresses were becoming one of BPJS Kesehatan health provider since the beginning of 2014 and the opening of Dental Practice in PENTA Medica Clinic Candidasa on February 20th 2015.
And as one of the health provider of BPJS Kesehatan, one of PENTA Medica Clinic’s goals is to maintain its ‘Service Excellence’ in providing health services to its patients. This goal is based on an assumption that the number of BPJS Kesehatan provider will be increasing, thus, leads to the increased level of competition. Therefore, maintaining a professional service is mandatory for the sustainability and long-term benefit. It has been a challenge for PENTA Medica Clinic, however, all the efforts have led to the increasing number of BPJS Kesehatan participants registered in PENTA Medica Clinic, which in February 2014 was less than a hundred and in February 2015 has become 12,647 participants.
Another significant progress is the advancement in the Standby Ambulance service. At the beginning of March 2015, PENTA Medica Clinic is ready to launch its brand new Advanced Ambulance. The advanced ambulance will be the new addition to the Standby Ambulance service. Of course, the Advanced Ambulance is larger in space, as well as more advanced in terms of medical equipment and the quality of the standby team.
We do realize that all of these achievements could have not been achieved without the supports from our valued clients and colleagues. Therefore, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to all of our clients and colleagues who have been supporting us through-out these years. We do hope that in our 10th anniversary and the near future, we are able to provide a better and a more professional medical services.
